To all users of TOP CELL 150S in Saudi Arabia:
We have recently received feedback from the Saudi Arabia market regarding concerns about the quality of Top Cell 150S, which has resulted in losses for customers. Kimizone is the distributor of this product in Saudi Arabia, and Celotech Chemical used to be the OEM supplier for this product from 2018 to 2021, upon Kimizone’s request.
However, we would like to clarify that Celotech Chemical terminated all cooperation with Kimizone in August 2021 due to their failure to meet the payment terms stipulated in our contract. Consequently, Celotech Chemical ceased all supplies to Kimizone from that point onwards.
Upon conducting a thorough investigation in the market, we have discovered that Kimizone is still selling this product, using the SAME TDS (Product datasheet) from Celotech, falsely attributing Celotech as the producer, and utilizing the same packaging. However, it has come to our attention that the contents of these packages now contain poor-quality HPMC sourced from unknown origins. This subpar quality product has caused financial losses to customers.
