What is the Cellulose Fiber

Cellulose fiber is a powdery to fibrous cellulose additive for use in construction products such as tile adhesive, tile grouts, EIFS, ETICS, plasters etc. Our Celofiber® is material obtained through a special manufacturing process and is offered in a range of grades, thus offers numerous application possibilities.

  • Water-insoluble in natural state
  • Not comparable to water-soluble cellulose ethers

Fiber-Celofiber® Packaging

Packed in 10-25 kg multilayer paper sack with polyethylene intermediate layer and inner P.E. bag.It is recommended that it be kept sealed and away from moisture. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or near fire sources.

Frequently Asked Questions

Celofiber® are water-insoluble celluloses left in their natural state. Due to Celofiber® three-dimensional spatial network structure, rheological properties, capillary water conduction effect, and the function of absorbing and locking water, it  significantly improves crack resistance, strength and Durability, increases water retention, etc.

The recommended dosage of cellulose fiber in construction materials typically ranges from 0.2% to 0.5% by weight of the dry mix mortar.

Typical dosage by application( recommend)

Wall putty 0.3% – 0.5%
Gypsum products 0.2% – 0.4%

Cellulose fiber is made of natural plant cellulose material, like hemp, bamboo, cotton, or recycled paper, so it is eco-friendly and biodegradable, it is no harmful chemical included.
