ULTRAPLAST® PC16 is a powder form superplasticizer made by spray-drying of modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer, it is a high-performance and environmental friendly product with excellent comprehensive performance and no pollution.
ULTRAPLAST® PC16 is designed to adjust the large loss of fluidity of gypsum based self- leveling, which can effectively reduce the loss of self-leveling fluidity.
ULTRAPLAST® PC16 can give high plasticizing effect, easy defoaming and long time retention of these properties.

Superplasticizers are added to fluidity mortar to significantly increase its flowability. They work by adsorbing onto the surface of cement particles and creating a repulsive force between them. This allows the mortar to flow more easily, even at relatively low water – to – cement ratios.

The addition of a superplasticizer helps the self-leveling mortar to maintain its self-leveling characteristic over a longer period. This is essential because the mortar needs to have sufficient fluidity during the entire leveling process.

The addition of a superplasticizer improves the consistency and reduces the stickiness of wall putty and plaster. It makes the putty and plaster more pliable and easier to apply, and the tools cleaner and easier to use.
