Melamine based

Melamine based

The production process of melamine-based Superplasticizer:

Hydroxylation reaction: Using melamine and formaldehyde as raw materials, react under certain conditions to obtain trimethylol melamine.

Sulfonation reaction: Hydroxyl methyl melamine reacts with a sulfonating agent under alkaline conditions to obtain melamine sulfonate with a high degree of sulfonation.

Acidic polycondensation reaction: The monosulfonate of the sulfonation reaction reacts at a low pH value and a certain temperature, and the hydroxymethyl groups will condense to form melamine formaldehyde sulfonate with an ether bond, and the relative molecular mass increases rapidly.

Alkaline reforming reaction: Generally, the reaction is carried out under alkaline conditions at a temperature of 70-80°C for 1-2 hours.

Modification: In the traditional melamine-based water-reducing agent synthesis monomer, the co-condensation monomers p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid or salicylic acid are further introduced to obtain three modified melamine water-reducing agents.
